Five Legit StarCraft 2 Beta Keys! – Updated

I just received an e-mail from Blizzard with five beta keys for the StarCraft 2 Beta! Since I can’t play, I’ll share them here:

Blizzard Entertainment is pleased to welcome all of our beta testers to the first phase of the StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty beta test. In order to have a broad user base, we’re now giving out five beta keys to some participants!

I really hope you enjoy the closed beta! I’m rooting for anyone playing Protoss, since they’re awesome and Zergs are for nerds.

Important update 3:40 PM:

Three keys have now been successfully registered. The only remaining keys are number two and five. Register them asap if you want to play StarCraft 2!

Even more important update, April 2nd:

As of now, all beta keys have been registered. I’ve turned off the comments, and I don’t want to hear anything about it. So here’s a picture of Neil Patrick Harris as the Riddler in the upcoming Batman movie.

    You need to have a Battle.net account. Log in there, register your key and you’ll be able to download the SC2 beta client. It should be pretty easy from there on…

    No problem, mate. I reckon’d that if I weren’t able to play myself, I’d share the ones I got. Having multiple BNet-accounts really worked out alright.

    The keys don’t work, Battle.net claims they are invalid and need to be 26 characters long. Or am I missing something?

    Forgot to write down that the keys are 30 characters long, but it was made such so that people would be flagged if they tried to register the same 30-key five times in a row. Just cut out the last four characters, and it should be working alright.

    Nope, doesn’t work either. So now my account is flagged? :)

    When deleting the last 4 characters it says “key is invalid” instead of “key is incomplete”

    Thanks anyway, if these keys are real it’s a nice gesture.
