As I enjoyed yesterday’s evening rain/wind with a cup of coffee and my Daredevil Omnibus-book (Frank Miller/Klaus Janson), which is quite a book so-to-say, I came over this page that for some mysterious reasons I felt like I’d seen it before. And I had. Almost.
So I started thinking, “where o where have I seen it before?”. The answer was actually quite obvious and was in front of me all the time. I hadn’t seen that page before, but I had seen a somewhat copy of it, somewhere. Turns out it was in M #3 (by Mads Eriksen) which was published in March and was an all-out ninja themed issue. It even had the classic how to become a ninja-lesson, but performed by a Norwegian ninja-geek (and it didn’t include the “…find an interesting yet threatening position..”) instead.
Now to the pictures: The one on the left is the original drawn by Frank Miller (and finishing touches by Klaus Janson) and the one on the right is Mads Eriksen’s somewhat-copy and the build-up towards his ninja-special story arc.

This post was all to prove how much of a nerd I am. And a weird tribute to both Frank M. and Mads E. I love you guys…ahem, I’ll go out and kill some bulls with my neck-twisting grip and then chop down some trees just because.

I did, sort of. I posted it on his official forum and I know that his brother hangs around there with the alias “knoidez”. Though it hasn’t been directly proven that it is mr. Eriksen’s (whao, I felt like Agent Smith there for a second) real brother.
